Should you need a break from the upcoming weeks of rodeo food -- barbecue, chili and protein on a stick, check in on Larry Martin and Edgar Carlson. The blokes behind Sherlock's Baker Street Pub & Grill are rustling up a jolly good plate of fish 'n' chips, marvelous shepherd's pie and a brilliant offering of bangers and mash at more locations than ever.

"By St. Patrick's Day," Carlson says, "we'll have 11 (pubs) open in Texas." The newest, at 17278 Tomball Parkway, makes six Houston-area Sherlock's where you can get a pint and a Scotch egg.
